When I've been at my darkest times I try to remember that "A year from now I will feel better than I do today"
and that "happiness will prevail where despair once ruled".
The thought of losing a child though.. honestly, I don't know how one recovers from that.
I don't want to know.
It's going to be hard to watch the Larry King episode. I can't believe she is doing it this soon.

Well I guess its time to at least somewhat introduce myself. I won't tell my name though. Not comfortable at Google or other search engines picking it up. The reason isn't that I'd be ashamed somehow for posting on some celebrity forum. On a contrary in fact in Brittany's case. Age: 29 Sex: Male Location: Finland Haven't come across a Britt movie that I didn't like. I have to confess though that I wasn't rooting and cheering for this amazing woman enough when she was alive. It is a real shame but luckily there was thousands of others that did. She deserved every bit of it and much more.  I probably won't meet this angel even in heaven, and the reason likely being that I will be occupying the flat downstairs... --Edit: Posted my age wrong at first lol |

Hi all! I joined this forum back in December but haven't yet posted. Ive lurked here and on the imdb board for Brittany, but that place is a mess.  Instead of speculation, bashing, & all the negativity that goes on over there, I want to focus on Brittany herself, on her life & work. Seems that's the focus HERE too!  I thank you all SO much for that, and I'm sure Brittany appreciates it! Name: Lisa Location: California Age: "29" and holding on for dear life....................  Favorite Films: David & Lisa, Ramen Girl, Falling Sky, Devil's Arithmetic. (I love them all though!) |

Hi Zelia! I love your name. Thanks for the welcome! Is the moderator here? I had forgotten I signed here back in Dec. So this morning I re-registered but then remembered I had this account thank goodness.. because Im thinking no new members will be let in. If Mod reads this and needs any help with the board or website, I'd be more than happy to help out because I've done websites and fan forums before. The negativity surrounding Brittany's death and her family -- it's become too much for me and was making me actually ill. I love her with all my heart and I want to respect ALL her family and give everyone benefit of the doubt until all sides have spoken and the truth (hopefully) comes out. Until and if... I'd rather focus on Brittany herself... on what a beautiful woman she was, the Angel she is now, and on all her work. I think that's only fair.. for all involved and for Brittany. Welcome RamenGirl. I registered for this site and IMDb at about the same time but have never posted at IMDb. The politics on Brittany's board at IMDb is disgraceful. As you have noted, the emphasis here is on Britt and her legacy.
